Happy Work Studio (HWS) is a boutique well-being and culture agency based in Istanbul, with a branch office in Doha, Qatar. Founded by Future of Work expert Mine Dedekoca, it helps companies in Türkiye, Europe and MENA measure, design and sustain workplace culture and employee well-being, in English and Turkish, through a four-tier journey aligned with the U.S. Surgeon General's Five Essentials for Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being.

We are headquartered in Kalamış, Istanbul, with a branch office in Doha, Qatar, and work with organizations across Türkiye, Europe and the Middle East and North Africa, online or in person.
Which languages do you work in?
Programs are delivered in English and Turkish. This website is also available in German and French.
Who are your typical clients?
Multinational and foreign-capital companies in Türkiye, and international companies with teams in Türkiye or the wider region. Typical buyers are HR directors, People & Culture leads and country managers.
How much does it cost?
Prices are tailored to company size and scope. Single sessions have a fixed price per session, the check-up has a fixed project fee, and the Well-being Partner retainer is a monthly fee. Ask us for a proposal.
